Western Skies

It feels like only yesterday that we were at the beginning of 2025, looking forward to quite a lot of planned trips throughout the year. Looking back now, it was actually a little bit strenuous, but so rewarding - we had so many wonderful experiences! Between April and October, we made lots of different trips, from a few tours with our camping van to Sächsische Schweiz, Corsica and the Dolomites, to our epic two week bike holiday, riding from the Black Forest along the Danube, then on to Salzburg and along the Alpe Adria Bike Route to the Adriatic Sea, ending in Venice. In addition, there were two multi-day hut trekking trips in the Alps, and of course our fantastic trip to the US, road tripping through the northern Rocky Mountains and visiting Glacier, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as well as the Wind River Mountains, where we finally made our dream come true, going on a three-day trek to the Cirque of the Towers. So there are lots of images to share from this past year, and this time it was really hard to choose my favorites!
